Our meats are all premium quality, sourced locally from Gloucestershire and Wiltshire farms, with lamb coming from small producers in Monmouth and the Slad Valley. The Cotswolds larder is brimming with artisan products, and sourcing locally is our passion.

We prioritise sourcing locally and our kitchen gardener forages and harvests fresh ingredients daily from our very own kitchen garden. Local farms and producers deliver, sometimes twice daily, within a 35-mile radius of the hotel.
Priding ourselves on ethical meat dishes, our menu is sourced exclusively from small, responsible Gloucestershire and Wiltshire family farms. These farms prioritize ethical and sustainable rearing methods, ensuring top-quality, well-reared meats. Our selections, directly procured from farmers and butchers, are free-range, forage-fed, local, and comprised of rare, native breeds.
