As a local Cotswolds restaurant, we embrace the ‘farm to fork’ and ‘garden to table’ concept with a daily harvest of fresh ingredients from our kitchen garden. Our menus offer a deeply satisfying dining experience – a personal and creative interpretation of modern British cuisine using the finest quality produce of local land and the sea. A delectable tasting menu is available every Friday and Saturday night which changes weekly. Our meats come from Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Farms. Lamb is from small farm producers in Monmouth and the Slad Valley. The Cotswolds larder is full of artisan products and produce and sourcing locally is a joy.

Whilst the menu offers something for everyone, we pride ourselves in making the best ethical meat dishes in the area sourced from small, well-run Gloucestershire and Wiltshire family farms who rear in the most ethical and sustainable way. To make sure we purchase well-reared meat, we usually talk to a farmers and butchers direct making sure we’ll get the best meat available to us. Meat dishes are all sourced from free-range, forage-fed, local, rare and native breeds.
