We are in full flow with our Festive December menu, a mouthwatering three-course feast. Come and join in the festivities by booking a meal with us for lunch and dinner. The menu bursts with seasonal flavours, a taste of roasted chestnut shines through the starters and mains.
The centrepiece to our festive dining menu is chef Jones’ slow cooked loin of local Gatcombe pork, with caramelised apple puree, creamed savoy cabbage and truffled potato terrine. Don’t forget our traditional with a twist, poached and roasted ballotine of free-range turkey. Fresh and cooked to order, our menu holds local delights with sustainable sources. The fish dishes of scorched British scallops, Burleigh smoked salmon, fillet of brill & roast skate wing, all from our local fairford supplier.
Vegetarian, gluten-free diners are well catered for here, whether it is our spiced pumpkin risotto or our salt baked cauliflower steak. Our festive December menu caters for all.
For dessert, a selection of local and award winning cheeses, ‘Cerney Ash’ goats cheese and a blackbomber cheddar from Snowdonia. Other options include trio of chocolate, and homemade traditional christmas pudding. Finished perfectly with coffee and mince pies.
After the meal, walk it off with a stroll up to Minchinhampton Common, our local National trust land. Bask in the large swathe of open grassland on the hill top and slopes of the Cotswolds escarpment.
