COVID-19 Safety Measures: our efforts to keep you safe
We want to reassure you that, at Burleigh Court, the safety of our guests and team is our top priority during such a time as this. We are doing everything we can to follow the COVID-19 Government’s guidelines for safety in our manor house hotel.
We hugely appreciate your efforts to support our safety measures, by keeping your distance, wearing face coverings and using hand santisers at every opportunity – by working at this together we can all play our part in creating a safe and welcoming environment.
Air purifying HEPA filters in public areas | We have UV HEPA filters purifying air in our restaurant and all public areas as an extra measure to keep you safe. HEPA filtration captures and removes airborne particles. VOCs UV-C light kills germs, bacteria, and viruses.
Rule of six | Following the Government’s recent announcement, from Monday 14th September we will no longer be taking bookings of more than 6 people. You can now be from multiple households or one household the rule of six is what we will be sticking to until further notice. We are sorry if your household or support bubble is over this number.
10pm Curfew | Our Restaurant will be closed from 10pm but you are welcome to finish your drinks in our lounge or take a nightcap up to your room. Non residents will have to be on their way by 10pm.
Face Coverings | In addition to all guests being required to wear face coverings when in transition through public areas, all of our teams will also be wearing face-masks.
NHS Test and Trace | Our NHS Test and Trace poster will be displayed at reception. If you have the NHS COVID-19 app you can quickly and easily scan the QR code. If you do not have the App, we will be asking every guest (not just the lead guest) to leave their details so that we can submit these to NHS Test and Trace. The guidance is if there is more than one person in a booking, then you can record the name of the ‘lead member’ of the group (of up to 6 people) and the number of people in that group.
See more information in regards to the above measured on our dedicated page.
