What you can expect from our COVID-19 health and safety prevention measures, is exceptional service, good housekeeping, hygiene and safety, as these have always been amongst our values at Burleigh Court and delivering these consistently is second nature to us.
We politely request your support and assistance in new normal, so that together we can make sure everyone is kept safe. As we do this, we’ll be maintaining our usual, relaxed and personable atmosphere as much as we can. New processes and technology will be helping us with this, as well as pre-arrival check-in and registration, social distancing throughout the hotel, enhanced outdoor seating, in-room dining at no extra cost, and consistent cleanliness, hygiene and safe food handling using coronavirus-effective products and processes. We want to make sure Burleigh Court continues to provide a welcome retreat, where our guests and team can feel comfortable and safe.
Due to the developing nature of the situation and government guidance, our procedures and operations will be continuously reviewed and promptly updated when required. The information that we are sharing with you about how your stay with us will look like may therefore be subject to review and change.
If in the unfortunate event, you or your household experience COVID-19 symptoms such as a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a change to your sense of taste and smell, we must ask that you follow the Government advice, remain at home, and contact us to allow your stay to be rescheduled.
We further ask that any guest who has arrived in the UK from Overseas within the 14 days prior to their arrival at our hotel contact us in advance of travelling to the hotel, to discuss their reservation.
We want to reassure you that, at Burleigh Court, the safety of our guests and team is our top priority during such a time as this. We are doing everything we can to follow the COVID-19 Government’s guidelines for safety in our manor house hotel.
We hugely appreciate your efforts to support our safety measures, by keeping your distance, wearing face coverings and using hand santisers at every opportunity – by working at this together we can all play our part in creating a safe and welcoming environment.
